Plant Power Porridge

Autumn always makes me think of hot tea, soups and stews, roasted veggies, hearty sauces, porridges, and baked fruits. It may still be a little warm to bust out the dutch oven, but I do have a plant-based breakfast porridge recipe that is hearty enough to satisfy my autumn cooking urges without heating up my kitchen too much.
